NALP Conference: Lawcruiters Talk to their Clients

Starting today and through the end of this week, our colleagues at the National Association for Legal Placement (NALP) are holding their "Annual Education Conference" in Keystone, Colorado. Per the NALP website, NALP was formed in 1971 “to promote the exchange of information and cooperation between law schools and employers”. Each year, the membership gathers in a different location to “to renew and reinvigorate by attending the premier NALP personal and professional development event of the year.”

NALP is a tremendous training and information resource for anyone involved in the hiring and retention of attorneys – and the growth and development of the organization speaks volumes about the increasing levels of professionalism required to effectively participate in this business. And this includes Lawcruiters – who are increasingly involved in the conference both as sponsors and as speakers in respect of hiring, retention and branding issues.
